This year has flown by. Time seems to go faster each year, but 2014 seemed to pass extra quickly. I was talking to my sister the other day about how our phone bill will be up in October and asking if she was going to get a new phone. Her response was that is already is October. I almost panicked! I had so much I wanted to do this year. I don't think I completed anything off my 2014 goals. I knew this year would be kind of tough since I'm trying to graduate in the fall. I knew I was going to be really busy with school, so I'm not being too hard on myself. But I'm still a little disappointed I didn't get to cross more goals off my list.
For October, I have to complete:
– an Anna and Elsa costume for the kids I baby sit by 10/15
– a Halloween table runner I started last year by 10/20
For December, I have to finish:
– 3 quilts (one for each girl I baby sit) by 12/15
– and a quilt for my little cousin by 12/15
All, except the Halloween costumes, I started last year and didn't get done by the holidays. It's going to be a lot of sewing, but I need to get these done. I hope a smaller list with set deadlines will be easier to manage. I'm really going to kick it into gear next year since I'll be done with school. I have so many great projects and ideas I want to do and I'll finally have more time to do them. I think 2015 is going to be a great year for completing goals and half-finished projects.
