Life in My New Home

(via laurahager.blogspot.com)I know it's only January, but I feel like this year is flying by. It's hard to believe it's already the 20th! I feel like I've been in my own little world lately as we are trying to finish moving in and organizing the new house.

It's been really fun! Minus the cold I've had for the past week. I'm so excited to finish organizing the place and to finally share pictures. So far, it's cute and funky and totally us. My plan is to take lots of pictures over the next year of the house and create a book like this. We will probably only be in this house for a year and I want to remember all of it.

Since I've still been settling in and dealing with a cold, I haven't been on top of posts like I wanted to. But, April is coming up soon. Which means I only have a couple months to finish my list of birthday goals, so a lot will be happening! Stay tuned for lots of pictures of my new home and recipes (still have 18 recipes from other countries and 22 things to bake!). Laura

  1. Thanks, Melissa! I love the idea of a book for each house. I want to remember all the small details that made the house special. I need it to slow down too! Theres so much I want to get done! Thanks for stopping by πŸ™‚
