Guys, I have a new obsession and it's my Fitbit One. I just got it a few days ago and I love it already. It's motivated me to get up and move more than I have in awhile. Which is great. I'm not the best at staying active and exercising and this as already helped me improve my lazy habits. Plus, everyone in my family got one so we keep competing and it's so fun!
I'm not sure if I'll hit my goal every day, but it's been fun to try. I can't wait to see how this little thing changes my health and exercise routine. Do you have a Fitbit? What are your thoughts? Or what are fun ways you exercise? I'm looking for fun things to do, so I'll actually workout. xo. Laura
