I've finally taking classes to get my real estate license! I feel like I've been talking about this for a while, so I'm excited that I'm finally getting started. My sister and I have been wanting to go into real estate, so we decided it would be better to take the classes together.
We just completed the first of 18 sessions! It should only take about a month (if we work quickly) to complete all the classes and tests required to get the license!
I think this is going to open a lot of doors for us. I've been wanting to get into flipping house and rental properties and this will be a great way to get started. Plus, I can make some extra money on the side.
The classes and tests aren't that exciting, but it will be fun to buy and sell houses with my sister!
