As for an update, it seems like a lot is changing right now. It's definitely feeling like summer in Phoenix and I'm trying to enjoy the weather before it's too hot. I was helping my mom in her accounting office during tax season, but now that it's over, I really need to buckle down and find a job/career (this is the confusing part of my post-grad life). I also decided to start taking some classes, so that both oddly comforting and actually fun.
In more fun news, Grant and I are working on a bunch of projects. I can't wait to finish them up and share them with you. If the paint dries fast enough, I'll be able to show you my file cabinet dresser with you tomorrow! We are also working on fixing up a set of lockers, finalize the color for a bar/kitchen cart (we are still debating on a color), and finishing organizing and decorating our home.
There are so many changes and projects going on! It's all very exciting and I can't wait to share it all with you. xo, Laura
p.s. If you're a new reader or maybe just don't know, the dog in the photo is our dog, Astro. He's super goofy and very sweet.
Good luck on your job hunt! Thats very crazy and exciting 🙂 Cant wait to see more posts and projects that you have in store. Brooke | brookewrote

I totally feel you on the post-grad stress and confusion – its such a crazy time! But realizing what you want to do and taking the steps to get there is really exciting. The White Corner Creative
Post-grad stress is seriously asdfghjkl… After graduating uni, I got a teaching job right away. But then I got married and had to move about an hour away from the school, so I had to (sadly) leave the job. Now Im a job hunter all over again, so I totally feel ya!Dara | Hola Darla | @DarlaOct
Youre not alone on the post-graduation situation. I spent 11 months looking for a job before I finally found a great one. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for all the plans to finally line up perfectly for you. Sounds like you have a great support system surrounding you, which always makes it a little easier!
Thank you! I cant wait to share more projects.Laura
