I live in Phoenix, AZ with my husband, Grant, our three babies, and our small, silly dog, Astro. We have been busy taking care of babies, working on house projects, and raising chickens.
I love working on all kinds of projects. Currently, I’m working on revamping all my family photo albums, building an urban garden, and renovating my house. I also enjoy scrapbooking, baking, reading, cooking, and traveling. This blog is a space for me to share my crafty adventures and other things I learn along the way.
My blog name was inspired by stories my mom has passed down of her grandmas, Laura Frances and Nina Fern. The meaning of the name Laura is the laurel tree. Both being types of plants, I thought it was the perfect name for my blog. I hope to document my adventures in home making, crafts, travels, and motherhood through the blog and inspire others in the same way I was inspired by my mother’s stories.
