This past week has been so busy. I was busy with work and school trying to prepare for a trip to San Diego this weekend. I managed to get everything done before we left. My family left Friday morning to drive to California. My sister got into UCSD this year, so we all went to move her into her new apartment.
Packing went really well. Friday morning, I got a horrible migraine. (I'll be writing a post about migraines later.) Other than that, the drive to San Diego was good. We stopped by her new apartment Friday night and met one of her new roommates.
Saturday, we went shopping for her apartment and moved more of her stuff into the new place. We got to meet more of her roommates.
Today, we did even more shopping for her apartment, getting those last minute things we forgot on the first trip. My mom got a chance to meet up with an old friend. Now, we are in her apartment. She is finishing unpacking her stuff into her new space. She will be spending her first night in the apartment tonight and spending time with the girls she will be living with for the year. We are all very excited for her.
